Location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore Dublin’s city center! The breakfast offered a wide variety and impressed with its freshness! !

Staff interactions left much to be desired, lacking warmth and attentiveness. Check-in was chaotic and felt disorganized, which dampened the experience.

Clean room, helpful staff, the hotel features free wi-fi in rooms and luggage storage, which made our stay more convenient as we explored the nearby attractions in the city center.

We had a lovely time at the hotel with our three grandkids, especially enjoying the breakfast offering, which had a fantastic selection. The staff's attentiveness during breakfast was impressive. they were always checking in on us and ensuring we had everything we needed.

In my wife's opinion, the bathroom needs a bit of modernization.

the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially in the dining area. my room was super tidy and comfy, made me feel right at home. breakfast was have so many choices and everything tasted great. location was pretty good too, just a short walk to the city center. overall, had a nice time and would recommend it!

but the check-in process was a mess and no one apologized for making us wait a long time. also, the parking situation was not the best after having to carry our bags a long way.

Had a great stay! ! Room was really nice and the food was fantastic! The staff at the hotel went above and beyond when they helped us out with a breakfast surprise – it made our mornings feel special. Plus, one of the servers named Naomi was super attentive, making my fiancé and I feel right at home during mealtimes.

The deluxe family room was spacious and clean. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The restaurant had fantastic food, and with a great stay overall, I'd definitely recommend it. I loved that we could walk almost anywhere in the city!
