The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs during our two-week stay. They were amazing and extremely friendly, providing us with excellent service and hospitality. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with spotless bathroom facilities. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym with a variety of exercise equipment, perfect for those who like to stay active during their travels. Additionally, the food at the hotel's bistro was delicious, and there were plenty of other dining options within walking distance. For the price, we felt that this hotel provided great value for money.

The only small issue we experienced during our stay was some noise from the nearby highway.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Sugar Land area and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The rooms were nicely appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a spacious desk for work purposes. I was also thrilled to discover that some of the rooms had balconies and patios, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the pleasant views. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right off the freeway and close to a variety of restaurants, was incredibly convenient.

Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the festivities.

The noisy HVAC system - it kept waking me up in the middle of the night! And while the staff was generally friendly and helpful, I did have one minor issue with a rude bartender at the hotel bar.

The hotel sits next to a 1-way highway outer access road, making it challenging to get into and out of the parking lot. Breakfast on site is not complimentary, and more of a for pay bistro coffee counter.

I am a person with disabilities, and I recently stayed at a hotel in the Sugar Land area. I was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of the location. The hotel was close to various stores and restaurants, making it convenient for me to find everything I needed. Additionally, the staff at the hotel was very polite and accommodating, making my stay more comfortable. I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained rooms. I was happy to find a place that I will return to in the future.

I did notice that the fitness center at the hotel was quite limited. There were only two treadmills and a free-weights set, which was not enough for someone looking for a complete workout.

I had a great Easter stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. the location was perfect, with lots of dining choices within walking distance and a bustling square nearby. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the opportunity for some great people watching in the newly updated lobby.

There were a couple of small issues during my stay. the bed was a bit firmer than I would have preferred, but it didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep.
