We recently went on a romantic escape and there were a couple of things that we liked about this hotel. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. the housekeeping team did a great job in ensuring that everything was spotless. Secondly, the location was excellent. It was situated in a peaceful and serene area, which made it perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed taking walks around the hotel grounds and exploring the nearby attractions. Lastly, the food at the restaurant was delicious. We had some amazing meals during our stay and enjoyed the variety of flavors that were offered.

There were a few things that we disliked about our experience. the rooms lacked some basic facilities.

We got great value for our money with complimentary wine, high quality tea and biscuits, and luxurious toiletries in our room. The staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were exceptional in their courtesy and professionalism.

The breakfast experience could be improved with better inclusion of ingredients in omelets.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel and spa. the breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the shower gels with the lovely jasmine and bergamot scent. the hotel's location, surrounded by trees, created a peaceful ambiance. the spa area was a highlight, with refreshing tea and a jug of water with a slice of orange. the room was immaculate and spacious, complete with a comfortable bed. the staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and handling matters discreetly and decisively.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with comfortable king beds and spacious accommodations. The hotel facilities, including the stunning back gardens and the thermal pools in the spa, were top-notch. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Bellinis restaurant and a wonderful breakfast, with plenty of choices. The location in the Cork area was convenient, especially for those traveling on business. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

I had a fantastic birthday party at this hotel with a group of friends. The spa and lunch package was amazing, with beautiful relaxation rooms and brilliant massages and facials. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made the planning process a pleasure. The hotel itself is lovely, with great grounds and a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of parking available. I highly recommend this hotel for a special celebration or a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is conveniently located just on the outskirts of the city with Douglas shopping Centre within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night, the food was of high quality and truly satisfying. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom that added a touch of elegance to our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast in the morning was also fresh and delicious.

The hotel could improve on their check-in process to ensure that rooms are ready on time, as some guests experienced delays in getting their accommodations.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the food at the bar, restaurant, and breakfast, with a great selection to choose from. The staff, like Brian in the bar and the receptionist Laura, were personable and professional. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa, which provided a very relaxing environment and wonderful treatments. The hotel was also in a convenient location, just off the ring road and a short drive away from the city.
