The old historic house has character and charm, with age, appropriate furnishings and friendly owners sharing interesting local history. the room was spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and clean sheets and towels.

The breakfast was limited and self, serve, and the heating system and bathroom fan were noisy. Some guests may find the handwritten notes around the room off, putting, and the lack of direct contact with hosts could be inconvenient for those who prefer personal interactions.

At my favorite place, the staff kindly helped me with a late check-in once. With free Wi-Fi, parking, a cozy coffee shop, and more amenities, it suits me perfectly. Coming back for Easter to enjoy the peaceful outdoor dining area and excellent service!
