We had an amazing stay at this hotel – great value for money and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was peaceful and there was even a bouncy castle for the kids. The staff were friendly, polite, and really made us feel welcome.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The staff provided us with a five-star service, from the room service to the bell staff and housekeeping. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a terrace with garden furniture where we could unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. The dining experience was exceptional, with a restaurant offering a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area serving a variety of tasty snacks and drinks. the fabulous and friendly service from all the staff members made our stay truly memorable.

They seemed short-staffed and no effort was made to make amends for the poor service. However, we still highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was great, just a short drive from the beautiful Kilkenney castle. The relaxing area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the hotel-entertainment was top-notch. The highlight of my stay was dining at Frederick's restaurant, where I found a variety of delicious options to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty food, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

That there was no designated walking area, as non-golfers were not permitted on the golf course.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was top class and the golf course was in perfect condition.

We did find the hotel to be ineffective in properly managing the busy atmosphere in certain areas, which resulted in overcrowding and delays in accessing certain facilities.
