We had a great experience staying at a lovely place in Franz Josef. the Top 10 Holiday Park was clean and shared a bathroom, but it was always well-maintained. the rooms were spacious and had an intimate shower. the shared kitchen was also quite spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Considering the higher prices in Franz Josef, the room rate of 109 NZD was reasonable.

We had a lovely stay here. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Despite it being late at night, they were there to provide us with a spare key. The service was excellent from the moment we phoned ahead to inform them of our late arrival. We were able to park right outside our comfortable hut, and even though the bathroom was a short distance away, it was not an inconvenience. The hotel's location just off the main highway made it easily accessible and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet.

Highly recommend this place to all.

The location of the holiday park is very convenient, with easy access to the town centre of Franz Josef. It is just down the street towards town, making it a short walk to connect with the rest of the village. Additionally, it is very close to the town centre, allowing guests to explore the nearby shops and restaurants easily.

The park may not be within walking distance to all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer.

Great value for the price and awesome views! the cabin we stayed in had everything we needed for a romantic escape, including a cozy atmosphere and a fully equipped kitchen. the location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the town center. We loved the easy access to adventure activities, shops, and restaurants, making it a perfect base for our holiday.

The weather wasn't on our side, so we couldn't take advantage of the outside sitting area. the bike trails were a bit rough, so we had to be careful not to hit any potholes.

Close to town, spacious 3 bedroom cottage, convenient parking, clean and comfortable beds, good kitchen space, friendly hosts.

We had a great stay at a holiday park in Franz Josef. The room had a nice layout and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, even when there was a small issue with our TV. The new room had a big TV with pay TV channels, which was a nice bonus. The self-contained room had everything we needed and the patio outside had a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains. We enjoyed sipping a glass of wine there. The holiday park also had a trampoline and playground for the kids. Although it was a bit isolated from Franz Josef itself, the price of $93 a night with our big 4 card made it a great option. I would recommend this holiday park for a nice and comfortable stay in the area.

It was convenient to have a kettle and supplies for tea, coffee, and milk in the cabin. The location was great, close to both the town and picturesque countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for our stay and assisting with any accommodation needs. Additionally, there was a convenient laundry facility available, which was a bonus for our family.
