The staff were amazing, always going above and beyond. The food was great and the hotel is family-friendly with a petting farm. We enjoyed the convenient location and parking. The leisure center and pool were in great condition. a great hotel for families.

The hotel parking lot had plenty of spacious parking spaces, making it easy to come and go. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free needs, ensuring a variety of options for me. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious and offered a wide range of choices. The executive suite with AC was worth it, especially during warm June weather. The lobby with a cozy fire was a lovely place to relax with a drink. The outdoor infinity pool, jets, bucket shower, and jacuzzi made for a truly relaxing experience.

The location just outside the city centre in a quiet area was perfect for me. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and had all the amenities I needed, from ironing facilities to tea and coffee facilities. I especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace where I could relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this place and were impressed with its location just outside the city, making it both quiet and easy to get to the centre. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, and they had useful amenities like an ironing board and in-room safe. We also loved the dining options, including the buffet breakfast and special diet menus, and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great addition.

We did have a slight wait for service at the bar despite there being several staff on duty, although Clodagh was a standout in her great customer service. we’d recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities.

Nothing to dislike.

We recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Kilkenny and there were a couple of things that we really enjoyed. Firstly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Secondly, the hotel had a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient. Lastly, we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel during the Christmas season. The decor and ambiance added to the festive spirit and made our stay feel special.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our Christmas stay. Firstly, the breakfast seating arrangements .

During our stay, we enjoyed sitting out in the gardens and enjoyed the delicious food at the American themed restaurant. The hotel's location nearby to Dublin city centre was convenient for exploring the area. In addition, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The water pressure in the showers could have been better.
