I loved the late check-out option, it's not like I have anything better to do. The breakfast was okay, I mean, who doesn't love pre-packaged sandwiches and lukewarm bagels? The gym was nice, but I'm pretty sure I burned more calories changing the bloody bedsheets myself.

I recently stayed at the Tru By Hilton in Binghamton and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel had a vibrant and modern atmosphere, perfect for a fresh and unique stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight for me was the amazing pool table, providing hours of entertainment. Plus, the pancakes in the morning were a delicious treat. The spacious and well-appointed room was an added bonus, and I even had a personalized welcome message on the room's 45-inch TV. it was a super nice hotel with plenty of standout features.

The soap dispensers in the room were a major letdown. Some were empty and others were extremely difficult to use, making it a hassle to get enough product.

One thing I liked about the hotel was the bright and festive atmosphere in the lobby. It gave a positive and welcoming vibe to the guests. Another highlight of my stay was the pool table in the lobby, which provided a fun activity for me and my son. the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the temperature was pleasant.

I had to leave the hotel after just a few hours due to this issue.
