Staff were quick to address any issues. Found the bar's atmosphere lively, and breakfast had some standard options. Very handy for nearby attractions like Bunratty Castle. The lift access was a huge plus for lugging bags!

The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but the long walk to the room with luggage was a bit of a hassle. The soundproofing from street noise could be better since I heard planes overhead occasionally.
