Complimentary breakfast was delicious and served restaurant-style. Great location near plenty of stores and restaurants and right off the freeway. The rooms were spacious, secure, and had comfortable beds and plush pillows. The staff were accommodating and professional with food allergies and provided alternative options. Service was top-notch.

We absolutely loved the Hampton Inn in El Centro! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the room was cozy and clean, and the restroom was spotless. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the convenient location near a shopping center. It was great to have a place nearby to grab a bite to eat. I also liked that they had sanitized labels on highly touched surfaces. The curtains in the room blacked out the light well, making it easy to sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the overall aesthetics of the hotel were pleasing with a nice color scheme.

Amazing hotel! the breakfast was fabulous - great variety and very tasty. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great amenities. the location was perfect; close to many restaurants and shopping places. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service which was really helpful. We had a wonderful time!

We faced some minor issues with the TV in our room. It took us a while to figure out how to use it, but we eventually managed to make it work.
