We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The hotel's location in the center of town made it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a nice touch and allowed us to stay connected during our stay. We also loved the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The hotel's garden furniture provided a lovely spot to relax and unwind, and the free toiletries were a thoughtful touch.

Mary, the owner, warmly greeted us with tea and scones and gave us great tips about the town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to an amazing restaurant. The beds were comfy and the atmosphere was welcoming. Private parking was a convenient bonus. Mary's hospitality was outstanding - she even allowed us to bring our dog. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the access to the kitchenette added to our sense of freedom. Mary and PJ went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including accommodating our cycling needs. we loved our time at Oaklodge B&B and highly recommend it.
