Although it would have been ideal to have our own bathroom, it turned out to be less of an inconvenience than we initially thought, as one of the bathrooms was recently renovated. We had the most stunning view from our room at Old Irish Farmhouse. Waking up to the golden sunrise over the Blaskets on New Year's Day was absolutely breathtaking. The warm and cozy beds ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the facilities were more than adequate for our stay. The host went above and beyond when he offered my teenage son an extra room free of charge due to a cancellation. The warm welcome and extra gesture made our stay even more memorable.
