The spacious room had both a shower and a bath, perfect for a relaxing soak. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast with its fresh food and beautiful views.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel! The staff were all very pleasant and the service was of a high standard. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious room with tea and coffee facilities, and the free wi-fi was also a nice touch. The leisure facilities were great, especially the steam room which was lovely and relaxing. We also appreciated the free toiletries in the room and the 24-hour reception.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone - it's in a very central location and there were no negative aspects that we experienced during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a large TV to a cozy sitting area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, with plenty of parking and nearby shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the excellent bathroom, with its hot water and plush towels. my stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near major motorways, making it very convenient for those travelling by car. The modern leisure centre had clean and spacious changing rooms, and the reception area was welcoming and well-maintained. The location was perfect for easy access to shopping in the nearby city, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The room was large, comfortable, and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the hotel also offered a top-level sports centre with a workout center and pool for guests to enjoy.

That the double bed was a bit small, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Upon arriving at Oriel House, I was immediately impressed by the beautiful facade and ample parking available. Walking into the hotel, the modern decor and well-maintained property reassured me that I made the right choice. I especially enjoyed the dinners at the bar restaurant, where the food was delicious and the staff were genuinely friendly. Although my stay at Oriel House was wonderful, I did encounter a minor issue with the room. The headboard of the bed had some damage, which made it appear that the room was not properly maintained.

Lovely leisure center, free late checkout for extra swim. Spacious room with shower and separate bath. Great facilities - hair dryer, safe, ironing board, tea making. Nice desk lamp for bedtime. Heated towel rack and good toiletries. Accommodating staff, delicious food in bar and bistro. Excellent spa and modern bar. Enjoyed talking with friendly staff. Abbey and Tower were highlights.

We loved the location, just a short 20-minute drive from the city center, making it convenient for exploring Cork. The town of Ballincollig was charming, and the hotel was easily accessible from the motorway, allowing us to explore the south and west coast easily. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet and undisturbed stay. Plenty of free parking was available, and there was even a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering easy transportation into Cork.

We felt very welcomed during our stay and had no complaints.

I had the pleasure of staying at Oriel House recently for a family wedding and it was a fabulous stay. The hotel exudes a beautiful style, and the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The drinks reception area for the wedding was stunning, and the staff at reception and during the wedding were all polite and friendly. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic, with a wide selection of cold and hot options. The hotel also has a family-friendly leisure center. my stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Spacious rooms, huge 25m swimming pool. Staff quickly resolved room issue. Fitness center is the highlight. Avoid meals, eat out for better food. Some excellent staff. Family room has king, double, and single beds. Clean and comfortable bedding. Enjoyed warm pool. Friendly staff, beautiful Christmas decor. Bistro dinner was nicely presented. Clean room, great room service. Amazing staff, big thanks to Gabi and Ronan. Highly recommended, would stay again.

Air con didn't work

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two complementary amenities that made my stay quite enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, as it was in close proximity to my meetings.

The walls were quite thin, making it unpleasant to overhear the activities of my neighboring guests. the wifi connection was unreliable, which made it inconvenient to work while in the room.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, particularly the make-your-own pancakes. We were also impressed with the staff's prompt response when we reported a lack of hot water in our room. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and tea-making facilities. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The bistro in this hotel had very poor service and was a disappointment. The staff were slow and inattentive, making the dining experience frustrating. The location, however, was a positive aspect of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near Fota Wildlife Park and various shopping centers and restaurants.
