The value for money at Racecourse View was exceptional, with rooms that were of 5-star hotel standards. The accommodation was spotless and the bedding was so comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the town center, yet surprisingly quiet like a peaceful country retreat. The staff, especially Noreen, were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety on the menu.

Lovely host, Noreen, who greeted me at 3 AM with a smile. The homely B&B had a nice room and a fabulous Irish breakfast. Location is ideal, just a short stroll from town.

We recently stayed at a guest house for a family get together. The rooms were spotlessly clean, bright, and stylishly decorated. The bathroom was gleaming with a spacious shower and lovely toiletries. The location was also great, with shops and pubs within walking distance.

While the breakfast was delicious, it would have been helpful to have more options for people with dietary needs or preferences. the stay was too short, and it was hard to leave after only three nights.

Racecourse View is an absolute gem! The modern-yet-vintage vibe is mind-blowing. The attention to detail in the house is phenomenal - top-notch fittings, spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious and the value for money is unbeatable. The convenient location near the town and the beautiful river walk by the castle make it even better. We'll definitely be back!

racecourse view was a fantastic stay, even better than our previous visit to listowel. noreen was a lovely host, catering to all our requests without fuss. the spacious rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the location was excellent, just a short walk to the main street and free parking available.

Sound insulation was lacking, making it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

The shared lounge was a true spectacle, I've never seen people sharing a space so magnificently. The free WiFi was a delight, I was able to ignore the beautiful garden completely.
