I had an amazing time at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, especially the ice dispenser that always provided fresh filtered water. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I loved using the leisure facilities, especially the incredible jacuzzi outside, especially in the evening. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced, and the hotel's central location was a huge plus.

Great location with excellent facilities and service. the staff were lovely and really helpful. the breakfast was great and the rooms were nice and spacious with plenty of storage. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the parking under the hotel was very convenient.

The cleanliness of the room was not great, with thick dust on the glass shelf and a black line along the outside of the bath. the layout of the tables in the bar were a bit close for comfort.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the adult spa room, which was a lovely place to relax and unwind. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was just a short walk away from the town center. This meant we had on-site parking, spacious rooms, and easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast queue in the morning was poorly managed, leading to long waiting times.
