We had a nice time during our Xmas stay. the hot cocoa and festive cookies offered by the hotel were a pleasant surprise. the location was great, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and we enjoyed walking around the area. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

There were a few things that detracted from the experience. There was a $15 charge for parking that was not disclosed upfront.

The staff at Doubletree made our stay in St Augustine extremely pleasurable. The clean and comfortable room and the accommodating front desk were top-notch. We also enjoyed excellent service from Gabe at the bar, and the dining experience at Wilfredo's was unbelievably delicious. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the great location and convenient walk to the historic district and tourist sights.
