I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The setting and grounds were absolutely fabulous, with breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and furnished, and the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They even took in my lost baggage from the airport. The highlight for me was the free upgrade to a suite by the sea, which had two bedrooms, a living room, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was truly amazing. I also loved the professional entertainment, such as the play about Yeats in the library and the musicians in the dining room. The outdoor heated pool was a great bonus, and I enjoyed going for long walks in the surrounding area. The food at the restaurant was incredible, with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The bar menu supper was more than adequate for my needs, and the afternoon tea was to die for. this hotel provided a relaxing break with friendly staff, great food, and wonderful surroundings.

The food was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've had in Ireland. The stunning scenery surrounding the hotel was breathtaking. I loved being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens and even spot ducks on the putting green. And the view from the Canadian hot tub was simply stunning.

There were some disappointing aspects of my stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and in desperate need of replacing.

The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. The bathroom was clean and had a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

That the TV in our room was fixed in a static position on the wall, making it difficult to watch from the bed.

The breakfast had a good variety to choose from, and I particularly enjoyed my vegetarian breakfast with poached eggs, potato bread, mushrooms, and tomato. The carvery served by the staff had a selection of yogurts, fresh fruit, Danish pastries, and juices. The coffee was fantastic, and I loved the great view of the sea from my room. The parking was convenient, and the hotel had beautiful grounds to explore.
