The accommodation was well proportioned, clean, and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and TV at a good viewing height. Nice warm room. Lovely reception lounge and breakfast area with a river view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Excellent shower.

I recently stayed at Riverside for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with just a short stroll along the river to the town center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We even received a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and the bar served a beautiful carbonara dish. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a great time! the staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few things that could be improved. the entrance area was a bit disappointing, as it didn't give a great first impression.
