The hotel is ideally located down by the waters in this area, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a bright and airy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast service was a bit rushed and disorganized at times.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is simply stunning. Situated on the edge of town, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the seafront and the charming harbour as you make your way into the village of Schull. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms with a sea view to the unexpected facilities available at the leisure centre. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. Not only was there a fantastic view of the sea, but the selection of food was delicious and the espresso coffee was a delightful bonus.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was great, and we received complimentary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the hotel's location was perfect, right near several restaurants and shops. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great view of the surrounding area from our room.

The service at this hotel was far below our expectations. Our room was not ready upon check-in, and we had to wait for over an hour before we were able to get in.

The hotel is located right in the centre of town and offers stunning views of the harbour. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. Guests can also enjoy the leisure facilities, including a pool, steam room, and jacuzzi, for a relaxing stay.

The jacuzzi opens into the pool and is not heated separately, which may be a disappointment for those seeking a warmer experience.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the modernity of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and great with children. The pool was absolutely amazing, and the attendant went above and beyond to make our little girl's swimming experience memorable. Our room, although on the smaller side for a family of four, was clean and nicely decorated. While the view from our room was of the roof, it didn't bother us too much as we were occupied with our two small children.

schull was even better the second time around and harbour hotel & leisure centre made it an unforgettable experience. the stunning sea view, beautifully decorated room, and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay perfect. a special shout-out to the amazing breakfast girl!

slow and disappointing bar service

I had a wonderful stay at Schull Harbour Hotel & Leisure Centre. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my dietary requirements. They were more than happy to help me with my no dairy diet. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great continental buffet and a menu to choose from. The waitress who served us was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel on the main street was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming town of Schull. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.

Despite some minor issues like a missing bathroom hook and a shower seal that needed attention, the hotel's facilities were great. I was pleasantly surprised to find a gym and indoor swimming pool, offering a way to stay active even in a small town like Schull.
