I had an amazing time at this charming retreat called Screebe House. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff and owners made me feel right at home. the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings provided the perfect escape from the city. I loved having the pool and sauna all to myself, as they were booked in slots. the daily changing menu at the restaurant was a delight for my picky taste buds, and the breakfast was outstanding.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, situated right on the shore of RosMuc with breathtaking views of the bay. It is a perfect base to explore all the sights of Connemara and is also close to other restaurants in the area. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast offers a good selection, including a full Irish breakfast and various hot options. The hotel also has a beautiful spa area with a pool, sauna, and limited gym facilities.

The hotel lacks options for guests with dietary restrictions, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. The set dinner menu heavily features fish, leaving limited choices for those who do not eat seafood.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and the setting was absolutely stunning. We loved the views of the bay and the fresh sea air was rejuvenating. the hotel had great facilities, including a pool and spa treatments that we enjoyed. Another advantage was the Victorian fishing lodge, now a ten-room hotel, that had a charming, rustic feel to it.

There was only one or two staff members plus the owner. the vegetarian options were very limited and the risotto that was offered wasn't cooked well.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location in a quiet area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean bay was simply breathtaking. I loved waking up to the stunning views every morning and enjoyed sitting in the restaurant, savoring a delicious meal while taking in the fabulous view. This place is also conveniently located near all the must-see sights in Connemara, making it easy to explore the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities were all exceptional.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful property with stunning views of the lough from my room. the staff at Screebe House were exceptional and made me feel completely looked after from the moment I made my reservation. the meals at the hotel were clearly developed and expertly prepared, and I particularly loved the parsnip mash with my beef filet. the environment at the manor house was relaxed and welcoming, and the shared drawing room and dining room were lovely.
