i loved my stay at address! the breakfast was fantastic, especially the pasta live cooking station. the location is super convenient, just a short shuttle ride to the haram. the staff made me feel like a VIP, especially the restaurant team who catered to my needs. i was truly impressed with how they served my breakfast in my room when i wasn't feeling well.

The shuttle service is frustratingly slow and not well-coordinated!!! The exterior walkway to the haram could use a serious cleanup!!! It’s puzzling that the prayer room isn’t open 24/7 for easy access!!! Housekeeping needs a major overhaul in communication and responsiveness!!!

My family and I enjoyed the spacious junior suite with city views. However, reaching the Haram was a challenge due to limited taxi access from the hotel. I recommend leaving early for transport and checking on room service requests to ensure timely deliveries. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
