The hotel offers fantastic leisure facilities with a pool that has an inflatable obstacle course, making it an instant favorite for my kids. We loved the fairy trail on the grounds, which provided fun adventure opportunities for the family. The room was spacious and featured two interconnecting spaces, giving us all the comfort we needed.

Service at the restaurant could be slow during peak hours, but the food is worth the wait.

I was really disappointed with the dining experience. The service at the restaurant was painfully slow, and the inconsistency in pricing for breakfast was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast quality left a lot to be desired. It seemed like no one cared to ensure proper standards were met, which dampened my overall impression of the hotel.

The check-in was disorganized with long waits!!! The pool's swimming cap requirement was surprising and inconvenient!!! Room cleanliness was inconsistent, with some areas overlooked!!! Management could improve guest complaint handling and follow-up!!!

The large, comfortable bedroom with underfloor heating in the bathroom was a highlight, and the friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast featured excellent pastries and a variety of tasty options, making for a great start to the day. However, the absence of towels and water upon arrival was an inconvenience, and although the staff resolved it quickly, it still impacted the initial experience. the park hotel & leisure club is such a lovely place! the indoor pool is impressive and there's a nice sauna too. the staff were super friendly and gave great service during dinner, which was absolutely fabulous. the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, making it pleasant to walk around.

i do recommend, but it could have been a bit closer to dining options outside the hotel.

Families will love this place

I was really impressed by the spacious family suite! Having two interconnecting rooms made everything so much easier for us with the kids. The pool was a blast for them, they didn’t wanna leave it!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but definitely acceptable for what we got.
