The location is perfect, right next to Bank of America and only 2 miles away from the university. The rooms were clean and the internet was super fast, which was essential for my work. But the highlight of my stay was Raj, the property manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, from showing me around to even taking me shopping and showing me the best apartments in the area. If I ever come back, it'll be because of him.

My recent stay at the University Inn in downtown Tucson was fantastic. I stayed for three nights and found the experience to be truly delightful. The rooms have all been renovated and are perfectly set up, with clean and modern decor. The bathrooms are nicely tiled and the innovative seating options in the room are a great addition. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, and the owner and his family take great pride in their business. The location is also a definite advantage, as it is within easy walking distance of the university and downtown district. Additionally, the breakfast, which you can enjoy in your room, is a pleasant surprise. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the University Inn and will definitely be returning.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be a convenient base for exploring the city. The location was great, with downtown and the university easily accessible by foot or a short drive. We appreciated the proximity to restaurants, offering plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Although the breakfast wasn't outstanding, it still offered a decent variety. The only downside was the occasional noise from the air conditioner. we had a positive experience and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful, giving me change for the vending machine and not questioning the amount of food I took from the breakfast bar. the room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, like a hair dryer and ironing board. the bed was incredibly comfy and there were plenty of towels. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a park, perfect for a morning run.

We recently stayed at a hotel near a university football game and it was perfect. There was a park across the street for playing catch and it was only a 30-minute walk to the game. The remodeled rooms were clean and beautiful, and the owner and staff were all very nice. We felt safe leaving our car in the parking lot. For the price of $130 a night, we couldn't have asked for anything better!
