The spa was amazing, with a lovely jacuzzi area and views over the lake. The hotel facilities were impressive, with great design detail throughout. The staff were excellent, particularly Stefan in the restaurant who made our meal so enjoyable. The location was convenient for other guests to eat in this city.

Nothing not to love.

The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel's interior design is exquisite, creating a truly elegant atmosphere. The facilities, including the SPA and leisure center, are top-notch and cater to all our needs. The staff provide excellent service with a professional and pleasant manner. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted with the wide variety of food options available, which were delicious and satisfying.

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever. The service and staff exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel was also perfect, close to the coast and with beautiful views overlooking the boat jetty area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Not to mention the food, which was outstanding - probably one of the best meals I have ever had. This hotel also offered a wide range of complimentary activities, so there was something to suit everyone's taste.

Not obvious to find.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view right from the moment we arrived was breathtaking. The room was beautifully designed with attention to every single detail. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the pool and spa, with options for indoor and outdoor pools, a saltwater pool, and a steam room and sauna. The food at the Panorama Restaurant was delicious, especially the Amuse Bouchee with fresh crab. The hotel's location in Munster was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a Wi-Fi system that worked well.

All was perfect.

The food at the Brasserie was exceptional, despite some negative reviews. I had a delicious rib eye steak cooked to perfection and the portion size was just right. The staff was also attentive and accommodating. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and the spa was incredible. I had a lovely stay at The Europe Hotel & Resort.

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the expansive greenery and stunning lakes for miles. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a short taxi ride away from the town center. We appreciated being able to easily access the amenities and attractions nearby. Lastly, the service at the restaurants was exceptional. the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

One drawback was the pool area, which was often overrun with kids. It would have been nice to have designated times for adults to enjoy a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was worth every cent. The room was big and comfy, and the staff made us feel like royalty. The location, overlooking the lakes and mountains, was perfect.

The facilities were top-notch, with excellent amenities and a stunning location. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about nearby attractions. the food at the restaurants was amazing, and the service was impeccable. We loved how they made us feel welcome and truly made our Easter holiday special.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the room service meal we ordered was served on a cold plate, which meant that the food quickly became cold.

Excellent variety of restaurants & delicious food. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Fabulous spa experience. Lovely quiet library room with blazing fire and board games. Outstanding pool & outdoor hot tub. Gorgeous location at the foot of the mountains. Lovely bar with fab cocktails. So relaxing with lots of nooks and crannies to sort and relax. Great spa cafe for a bite. Exceptional!

The hotel had stunning scenery and the outdoor pool was amazing. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa was excellent. the food was also lovely, and I had the best facial of my life.

The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a major disappointment. For the amount of money we paid, it was surprising that there was no air conditioning, making the room very uncomfortable.

Had an amazing Easter weekend getaway. Loved waking up to the stunning views of the national park from our room balcony. the spa facilities were top-notch and the private suite experience was pure bliss. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay feel extra special.
