The staff at The Frontier Hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near petrol stations and has its own restaurant/bar. Taxis were easily arranged and the breakfast provided was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel staff were unresponsive when I needed assistance with accessing my room after misplacing my key. It was frustrating to have to plead with staff at another hotel to let me in.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, convenient location for Derry and Donegal attractions, free parking and WiFi. Ideal for families with kids due to outdoor play area. Highly recommend trying the pancakes for breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel near Dr. Beach and the award-winning Harry's Restaurant. The room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and good service. The breakfast served in the pub downstairs was tasty. The location was convenient, being next door to Harry's Restaurant.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beds that provide a great night's sleep. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I loved the location, with its proximity to Harry's Restaurant and the entertaining bar. Plus, having breakfast included was a wonderful bonus.

Although the rooms were well-maintained, a bit more attention could be given to cleaning the bathroom.

We had a great time during our new year's stay. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula. the pub area was very lively, and the nightly entertainment was fun, funny, and entertaining. We really enjoyed the dance lessons given by the lad singing. the hotel provided excellent and low-cost breakfast options nearby.

The hotel did not offer hot water in the shower, which was quite uncomfortable. we experienced some issues with the card payment machine, and we had to pay in advance in cash.

From the minute we arrived until our departure, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with any request or enquiry, even downloading a bus timetable for us. The meals were delicious and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel also had a clean and elegant bathroom with a lovely rain shower. We were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a small window facing a busy road and inconsistencies with the dishes served, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed at a lovely hotel in Bridgend called Frontier. The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly, making us feel like part of the family. Debbie, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a home away from home experience. We couldn't get enough of the restaurant's amazing food, prepared by an experienced chef, and the bar atmosphere was friendly and fun. We had to stop eating in because the food was so delicious, we didn't want to roll around Ireland!

Had a fantastic romantic escape! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely little balcony offering beautiful views. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Location was perfect, close to attractions and easy access to surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome, especially with the skylight needing to be open due to the warm weather. It would have been nice to have some fruit or yogurt options for breakfast to enhance the meal.
