We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon and had a fantastic experience. This place is a hidden gem, offering luxurious comfort and top-notch services. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our time here.

Friendly staff, helpful with church times and brought second quilt. Lovely decor, comfortable room at end of corridor. Met head of housekeeping, very informative. Realistic check-out time. Nice breakfast, fresh orange juice. Pleasant surrounds. Convenient central location.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of Carrick, right on the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and spotless, with proper ironing boards. The staff is smartly presented, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is beautifully presented, fresh, and caters to dietary requirements without any fuss. The bar offers a great selection of cocktails. The town of Carrick has a lovely vibe, with plenty of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants to explore.

The hotel could benefit from a face-lift as some areas, such as the bedrooms and corridors, are dated and in need of a revamp.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help and provide excellent service. Plus, the parking situation was convenient, with first-come, first-served availability.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The friendly and mannerly staff always greeted us with a smile and a warm hello. The food was delicious with generous portions and a great choice at breakfast. Despite there being a big wedding on during our stay, we didn't hear a sound in our room. The hotel was well-run, and the owners should be proud of their attentive and dedicated staff. We highly recommend a visit to experience this exceptional hotel.

Our stay at the Landmark was excellent value for money. The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the shower was top-notch. The location, right across from the River Shannon, was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving break! the breakfast was fantastic, a great way to start our day. Loved the friendly service, always greeted with a smile. the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the riverfront. the room was nicely presented, everything was clean and tidy. the complimentary pictures in the room were a nice touch, added a bit of charm.

The lack of air conditioning in the room, and it made it tough to sleep on the warmer nights. We had to leave the window open but ended up having some bugs come in.

The free parking was a great bonus as I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the breakfast was absolutely brilliant, with a wide variety of options and plenty of staff to cater to everyone's needs. the hotel's location, just around the corner from the main street and facing the river, was perfect for enjoying the scenic views.

The noise from the main road outside our room kept us awake until the early hours of the morning. the poor insulation on the window made it feel like the window was open and let in all the voices and noise.
