The tour desk, run by Mary, was incredibly helpful in recommending family-friendly activities in the area. The breathtaking views from the upper floor were the highlight of our stay. The kids loved lounging on the comfy couch and rocking chair, taking in the beauty of the surroundings. The room was beautifully decorated and the homemade soda bread at breakfast was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back!

There were some noise issues during our stay. We could clearly hear other guests chatting, even though they weren't being overly noisy.

The hotel's location on a hill overlooking the harbor was quiet and peaceful, yet still within walking distance of the city center.
