We loved staying at this hotel! The location was ideal, close to the National Park and a great starting point for the ring of Kerry. It was also right next to the train station, so getting around was easy. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. It was quiet both during the day and at night, ensuring a peaceful stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Spent New Year's at a beautiful hotel in a great location! the festive decor was amazing, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. One of the best things about this hotel was its exceptional food - we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with plenty of options. the hotel also had great amenities including a lovely indoor pool and spa. We especially appreciated how fast the staff accommodated us when we had issues with our room.

While the room was well appointed, we did notice some issues. Our bed was two singles pushed together which was not comfortable and resulted in an uncomfortable sleep.

We had the most incredible weekend at Great Southern. The hotel made us feel so special by upgrading our room for our anniversary and even leaving a card and chocolates. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious and the restaurant exceeded our expectations.
