The friendly staff, the accommodating Bistro service, the well-maintained rooms – such a pleasant experience!

The room had a flat-screen TV, a little fridge, and comfy beds. I loved the balcony view! The bathroom had a roll-in shower and great toiletries. They had a nice desk area. The fitness center and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing. Staff was super nice too!

I appreciated the quick resolution to my AC issue and the fun chat with Velma at check-in. While the layout was confusing, the indoor pool was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

I had a comfy room for two nights, and the service was lovely! The check-in process was smooth, and I felt welcomed right away. The hotel is close to the airport, which was a plus for my travels.

However, they charged me double what I was told online—guess they thought I needed a surprise! The place felt like it needed a bit of a facelift. I'll bring my paintbrush next time.

Unclean rooms with trash left behind!!! Long wait times for shuttle service during peak hours!!! Noise disturbances from aircraft and rowdy guests!!! Poor maintenance issues, including leaking showers and inadequate response to requests!!!

The room was clean and recently remodeled, which was a nice surprise! I really appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave. The beds were comfy, and I got a great night's sleep. The only downside was some outside noise filtering in from the freeway, but it didn’t ruin my stay. The air conditioning could be a bit loud at times, but it worked well overall.

this place was a disaster, first no clean room, I mean seriously! and then they forgot to give me sheets for the third bed, how difficult could that be? I expected some sort of special treatment for my troubles but received nothing at all. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The airport shuttle service is very convenient. staff was professional and resolved requests timely. The outdoor swimming pool area offered a pleasant retreat after a long day, and the gated parking provided added security.

However, the restaurant options could be improved, as the breakfast selection felt somewhat lacking.
