The waterfront views are breathtaking and the proximity to local attractions like Bantry House added to the overall charm. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent recommendations on things to do. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the beds were incredibly luxurious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the beautiful decor of the hotel added to the festive atmosphere and really made us feel like we were celebrating in style. the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, being just a short walk away from the town center and all its attractions.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. the car park was not very well signposted, which made navigating it a bit challenging.

Great location, just a minute's walk to restaurants and pubs. Check out and breakfast hours were very generous. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of offerings, including cooked meats, eggs, hash browns, fruit. Free underground parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel took precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the quay in Bantry. It offers stunning views of the harbor and is close to the beach. Guests can enjoy being on the waterfront in downtown Bantry and have easy access to great restaurants, including the Brick Oven which offers the best seafood meal. The rooms are nice and clean, with some even having balconies and panoramic views. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast is delicious, with a fantastic range of options.

The floor layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing, with guests having to take multiple lifts and walk along corridors to reach their rooms.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet town. Upon check-in, I requested a much-needed massage and facial and the front desk had it all ready for me. The hotel rooms were amazing, especially the 2-bedroom family suite with a separate living area. The breakfast was delicious and the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were top-notch. We even found a local laundry service nearby. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The pool reception was poorly managed, with a lack of staff available and no method to alert them if assistance was needed. This was concerning, especially as there was no lifeguard on duty.
