The hotel's location was ideal, right on the town square, close to shopping and dining options. However, it was difficult to find a park nearby. On the bright side, the hotel had a lovely cafe attached to the premises serving delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable with a private bath, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel lacked fine dining options, and the food was over seasoned making it hard to enjoy.

We loved the spacious and quiet room, with comfortable beds and immaculate facilities. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging transportation for us. the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a block away from the Tourist Information Office. this was our favorite hotel in Ireland, and we highly recommend it.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the central location of the hotel. It was right in the middle of town, making it convenient for exploring and getting around. The room we stayed in, number 33, was not only beautiful but also spacious, which was perfect for us as we had a child with us. The bathroom was lovely and had all the necessary wash products, and they smelled amazing. The breakfast included in our room was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were also incredibly friendly, and we had a delightful experience at the cafe downstairs.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location here is perfect, right in the center of town which made exploring so convenient. The service was fantastic and the staff at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room itself was lovely - I especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the sitting area where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected while I was here. And the free toiletries were a wonderful surprise!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting with family - it's such a great spot to stay in and explore the area from.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with a cheap and loose toilet seat, a shower that did not work, and a broken light fixture. the room also had maintenance issues such as scratched and chipped furniture, a difficult to close lock on the door, and a loose handle.

We had a bright and clean room with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of choices and was freshly prepared for us.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which caused some disarray and a strong smell of paint. Additionally, the bathroom could use some updating.

Had a lovely Xmas stay, as the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was great, as it was close to all the main attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a good selection of food. Liked the fact that there were also cooked-to-order options available.

There was some noise from outside that disrupted my sleep. the bathroom setup in my room was not the most convenient, as there was a step up to the bath that may be difficult for older guests to use.

The coffee shop in the hotel served amazing cakes and had a fantastic view of the main street and the harbor. The location was right in the center of town, making it easy to explore. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with locally sourced ingredients.

The sound insulation in the rooms wasn't great, so noise from the outside and other rooms could be heard.
