The service at this hotel was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about our experience. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions and a variety of restaurants. We also appreciated the personal touches, such as providing a mobile phone for our use and offering helpful suggestions for activities.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied.

As young holiday goers, we loved the warm and genuine welcome we received from the Blackheath Lodge team. The staff made us feel like special family friends throughout our stay. The spacious and gorgeous rooms were a delight, with fantastic views from every window. The beds were huge and super comfy, and the shower was luxurious. We also enjoyed the convenience of a rooftop terrace and a clean, warm pool, which we used every day. The breakfasts were filling and tasty, with freshly prepared options like omelettes and Eggs Benedict. the facilities and amenities at Blackheath Lodge exceeded our expectations.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the outdoor area around the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent, with a range of delicious options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and is like a little paradise in this city.

Great amenities including unlimited drinking water, delicious homemade cake, heated towel dryer, and tasty tea. Quiet room with a beautiful terrace. Close to a great embankment for morning runs. Food market and supermarket nearby. All sanitary measures kept.
