The staff at the Snug Townhouse were very helpful and happily moved me to another room when there was an issue. The location is in a vibrant and fun part of the city, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was comfortable, newly renovated, and had amenities like tea/coffee, a hairdryer, and possibly an iron. The hotel is just steps away from the water and close to busses and the train station.

No access for vehicles and no breakfast available at the hotel, but there are many places to eat in the area. The room was smaller than expected, and there is no lift in the hotel.

The value for money at Snug Townhouse was excellent, with a cozy and well-designed room equipped with all the essentials. The location was perfect for exploring, right in the heart of downtown, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Snug Townhouse for a night out in Galway. The location was incredible, right in the center of downtown. Parking was only a 5 minute walk away and cost $10 for 24 hours. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The interior was clean and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and couples looking for a night in Galway.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was amazing! Got some complimentary cider and mince pies upon arrival. the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the holiday festivities. Loved the clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring.

The room was quite small and I could hear some noise from nearby bars at night. It wasn't too bothersome for me personally, but light sleepers might want to consider getting a bigger room.
