The breakfast at this hotel was exceptional, surpassing even some 5-star hotels. The cafe area was beautifully decorated in a unique style, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, situated centrally on a tree-lined street. It was within walking distance of all amenities and just a short drive from the historic Clonmacnois cultural centre and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic breakfast and convenient location.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. it is conveniently located near Birr Castle, allowing for easy access to its fascinating history. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast options are excellent, offering a variety of choices to suit different preferences.

The room options were great, well-decorated and spotless bathroom. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and location was close to Birr Castle entrance. Exceeded expectations, highly recommend for anyone visiting.

Our stay at the Stables Townhouse B&B was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The Georgian house had a charming and elegant atmosphere, and our room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast menu in the cafe was delightful, with beautifully cooked and presented dishes that were simply delicious. The location was perfect, being close to numerous places of historical interest, and the town itself had some lovely independent shops where we found unique Christmas presents. we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location couldn't have been better, just off the main street and right opposite the Castle. Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding area, and the antique furniture added a touch of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us access to the kitchen before breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and served quickly.

The WiFi and coffee machine were a bit of a disappointment, as they didn't work properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms, especially the ones on the ground floor with a French feel, were spacious and comfortable, with larger beds than I expected. The attention to detail was impressive, from the basic amenities provided to the little touches that made my stay special. The breakfast was delectable, with the best fruit salad I can remember having, full of unusual berries. It was a great value for money experience that I would highly recommend.

The location of the B&B is ideal, being very close to Birr Castle and Gardens. The rooms are quaint and well-furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. One minor drawback mentioned in a review is the limited number of socket outlets in the bedrooms, which can make charging devices a bit inconvenient.

Spent the New Year in an interesting location with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The area was immensely worth walking around in and felt very pleasant. The room was cozy, amply furnished, and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the selection of teas and bottled waters available.

A few extra sockets had been useful in the room, but it didn't spoil our stay.
