We loved our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to all the sights, pubs, and restaurants in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to leave our luggage and provided excellent customer service.

Eventually, I was given a complimentary room on the 7th floor, which was well-maintained and had lovely design details. Despite the small size of the room and the inconveniences with the shower and TV, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were impressive. The hotel staff, especially the concierge, Ken, went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was served until late in the morning, which was convenient. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel based on its cleanliness, design, and attentive staff.
