The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the location of the hotel overlooking the river was lovely. The wedding function room was nicely done up, and the bed was comfortable. The food in the bar was really nice, and we enjoyed using the leisure center.

I recently stayed at Twin Trees Hotel for a leisure trip and had a wonderful experience. I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had lots of natural light. The location beside the river and the lovely walk towards the quays were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One small suggestion for the breakfast option would be to extend the finishing time to accommodate guests who were woken up by the fire alarm in the early hours of the morning.
