I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received during my stay at the West Cork Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff member who made me feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, every employee went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. From the attentive service in the bar and restaurant to the helpfulness of the receptionists, I felt truly well taken care of. The level of interaction with the owner and the numerous staff members I encountered was impressive and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I am already planning my next trip and can't recommend the West Cork Hotel highly enough!

Rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with clean bathrooms. Communal areas were impressive, including reception and bar. Food had a great variety and the views of the river were stunning. Convenient location for shops, beaches, and scenic villages.

Located right in the centre of town, this hotel is close to shops and bars, making it a convenient choice for guests. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with helpful and friendly staff providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is served fresh and the menu options for dinner are well-balanced and of high quality. The hotel also provides great advice on local photography spots.

The door to the bedroom in one of the rooms was difficult to open and close, causing inconvenience for guests.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The location was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One small improvement for the morning meal would be to ensure all room service charges are added correctly during check-out.

The room had a nice high ceiling, comfortable bed, and lovely decor. The value for money was great and the breakfast hours were a big plus.

Had a great time on a short break. the food and drinks were of excellent quality! the staff were very friendly and helpful, creating a lovely atmosphere. Got to treat ourselves to a suite and the bath was such a treat! the location is so central and the town has plenty of shops and restaurants.

The seats were a bit uncomfortable and the bedroom was too warm, which made sleeping difficult. There wasn't much to do in the town due to the time of year.

The amount of food they offered was fabulous. the hotel provided total relaxation in the heart of the city. Will definitely be returning.

Parking was a little tight on the second night due to a wedding. It would be great if they could provide allocated parking for hotel guests and have wedding attendees use street parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel while on a rugby tour with our kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with superb bathrooms. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the town and a short drive from beautiful beaches and scenic villages like Union Hall and Glandore.

The confusion caused by a one-way system in the town, which took some time to navigate.
