The front desk staff, especially Arnold, were exceptional. The room was a decent size for a European hotel and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel offered convenient services like luggage storage and an airport shuttle. a fantastic stay!

Lovely Stay

We had initially booked a different hotel, but after one terrible night, we decided to switch to the Queen Mary. It was the best decision we made. Our room, 583, was really nice and even though it didn't have the best view, it was very quiet. The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. we had a lovely stay at the Queen Mary and would definitely recommend it.

We had a superb stay at Queen Mary Opera! the hotel's location was perfect, with two subway lines just a 5-minute walk away. There were also fantastic restaurants on the same block and a grocery store nearby. the room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our city break. the staff were friendly and spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!

What a great surprise! During New Year, I found a cozy hotel with excellent service. they offered me two complementary drinks at the bar, which started my trip on a high note. the hotel was in a key location, with easy access to the main sights, and close to several excellent restaurants.

If I had to name a downside, I would say that the room was slightly small and could use some refurbishment. However, this was not a major issue at all.
