We were impressed with the high quality of service and attention to detail. The food was exceptional, with delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, providing a truly indulgent and relaxing experience. we were delighted with our stay and can't wait to return.

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with spotlessly clean bathrooms. The breakfast served is fabulous, with a wide selection of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the facilities, such as the lounge area with comfy couches and wood-burning stoves, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.

Some guests experienced inconsistencies in the food and service, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at a lakeside hotel. Arriving early, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for scones and tea. De locatie van het hotel was geweldig, midden in het centrum van alle activiteiten in Manhattan. Het was dichtbij alles wat je waarschijnlijk wilt zien in NYC en de metrohalte was direct tegenover het hotel, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om te reizen.

The spa treatments we had were amazing, and the therapist was exceptional. The location of this place is fabulous, especially in the sunshine. It's so quiet and peaceful, with stunning views of the lake. The room amenities were great, with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff even surprised my boyfriend with a birthday sweet plate and candle. We felt so welcomed and definitely plan to return.
