Conveniently located near Istanbul Airport.

My experience at The Pearl Airport Hotel was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I was met with an out-of-service elevator, forcing me to carry my luggage up to the fifth floor without assistance. When I got to my room, I found it cramped due to an awkwardly placed pillar that intruded into the space. Furthermore, several lights were non-functional, making the room feel dim and uninviting. Overall, I expected more amenities and a better response from the staff when issues arose.

A warm welcome before departure

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, who spoke multiple languages. The complimentary Turkish breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed the beautiful mosque view from my room. Plus, the heated floors were a cozy touch!

However, I did find the shower head could use an upgrade for better water pressure. Also, the front desk could have been quicker in sharing taxi prices and check-out information.

the elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs a lot. but the staff was super helpful with my bags. the room had a kettle with coffee and tea, which was great. breakfast included a variety of cheeses, which I loved.
