The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to Waterford and offered pleasant views of the river. We found it convenient to visit the city and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, there was a restaurant down the road from the hotel that we really enjoyed. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the clean and tidy pool. We appreciated the option to login to our Netflix account on the TV in our spacious room. The staff at the hotel were accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a great time at the hotel. the pool was perfect for our 5-year-old, with a shallow end that was just right. Both pools were at a comfortable temperature. the hotel's location was also convenient, with a nice retail park nearby. We especially enjoyed Oskars, a fantastic bar restaurant in the area. the food there was amazing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were also pleased with the service from the waitressing staff at breakfast, who were helpful and polite. the hotel receptionist was professional and provided us with useful information about the features and amenities. the changing rooms in the leisure centre were spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

Plenty of parking and a great atmosphere at the bar. The room had a nice view and was spacious, perfect for a solo traveler.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bedrooms were clean. The pool and leisure centre offered great facilities. The food in the bar was delicious, albeit with a limited menu. Friendly staff and a nice area near shops and pubs.

The location was perfect, and the leisure centre was lovely. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated their assistance at the pool. We forgot our swim caps and towels, but the reception lent us some. the breakfast menu had a good selection of options, and the food was really delicious. There was also a restaurant/bar on-site, as well as two other restaurants within walking distance. Patricia in the bar/restaurant was exceptional, treating our kids with respect. We will definitely be coming back, as it's an ideal location for families visiting Tramore.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel outside of the town. The location was peaceful and surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were cozy and included a balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The basic amenities and breakfast included were great value for money.

Had a great weekend away! the room was clean, and we had plenty of hot water for showers. We were surprised and delighted to find complimentary snacks waiting in our room. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved the fact that there were toys in the swimming pool for kids to play with. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city and plenty of taxi options available. On top of all that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

That our room was right next to the elevator, and the noise level was quite high. It made it difficult for our little ones to nap during the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Woodlands and loved the clean and refreshing pool. The facilities were well-maintained and the water was crystal clear. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. we highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating getaway.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and comfortable rooms at Woodlands Hotel. The live music in the bar added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

This hotel is in a great location, on the outskirts of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist hotspots. It's also conveniently located near the town centre, but situated close to the ring road for easy access. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. Plus, some rooms offer stunning views from the balcony, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The events held in the hotel venues can sometimes be a bit loud, which may disturb guests staying in the Family Rooms.

Quiet location near city centre. Plenty of parking. Great food.

woodlands hotel & leisure centre in waterford exceeded our expectations during our romantic weekend getaway. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even relocating us to a quieter room for the graduation ball. the hotel was clean, had ample parking, and the receptionist checked us in quickly. overall, a lovely place to stay close to the city centre.
