The value for money at Chesterhouse was great, we got a lovely clean room with a stunning view. The staff treated us so well, they were helpful, polite, and made us feel welcomed.

Breakfast offerings could be improved, especially the eggs and coffee.

Couldn't get wifi in my room, but my brother had no problem. Ran out of lager, but the Stella Cidre saved the day.

Positive aspects of the stay at The Chesterhouse: Excellent location for ferry terminal, amazing sea view, very clean room, convenient for shops and bus stop, great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Chesterhouse. The warm welcome at reception made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, and very clean, with plenty of storage space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was perfectly situated for exploring the shops and enjoying short walks. I would highly recommend this hotel for its impressive facade, reasonable pricing, and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is a hidden gem along the seafront, with a lovely view of the Promenade. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the shopping area. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a much larger sized double bed than expected.

One minor area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the bacon was slightly dried up. However, overall, this hotel provides a comfortable, reasonable place to stay.
