I had an exceptional experience at this beautiful Regency-style hotel near the promenade. the staff went above and beyond to support me when I had an unexpected injury during my stay. Throughout my holiday, the hotel and its staff were excellent in every way. the lobby impressed me with its grand entrance, and I received a warm and friendly welcome. the spacious room and well-sized bathroom were both outstanding. the buffet breakfast was superb, and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location near the tram and bus stop. I will definitely be returning.

Great value for money, the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the Isle of Man. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The all you can eat breakfast had a great selection of food and the small, old-fashioned lift added a charming touch to the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely old fashioned hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, pleasant, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room on the third floor was spacious and accessed by a wonderful old lift, adding to the charm of the place. The bathroom was large, clean, and well supplied, with a bath and shower and plenty of hot water. The towels provided were of good quality. Adjusting the heating in the room was easy, and there was even a useful multi plug for charging our laptops and phones. Fresh milk was available in the room on request, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location at the far end of the promenade made parking easy, which would have been difficult further into town. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices and great coffee. On two mornings when we had to leave early, the hotel provided us with a takeaway breakfast. We only had one evening meal at the hotel, but it was excellent, both in terms of the food and the service.

We felt completely at ease during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay as a group of friends! The hotel offered fabulous rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a beautiful dining room. The well-appointed rooms were kept very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The mini fridge with free bottled water was a bonus, and we enjoyed the tea and coffee provided. The hotel is conveniently located at the far end of the promenade, within a pleasant stroll from the ferry terminal and town center. Public transport links, including the horse-pulled tram, made it easy to get around. We also loved the fact that there was a fabulous pub just a 5-minute walk away, along with the electric tram terminus.

The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ensuring my stay was pleasant. the food served was quite delicious, with an extensive menu to choose from. my room was equipped with a tea making facility, which meant I could enjoy a hot cuppa after spending a long day exploring the island.

The hotel had some disappointing aspects. the room I was assigned to was quite dingy and the decor was outdated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the seafront with easy access to the electric railway and just a short distance from the center. The restaurant at this hotel was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious meals. We were particularly impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent room service. The service here really caters to your every need, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. The layout of the rooms, especially our file suite, was fantastic. James, one of the staff members, was incredibly hospitable and even helped us find a restaurant when nearby places were closed. The hotel also made special arrangements for us to dine on-site, which we greatly appreciated. our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel.
