The apartments were spacious and well planned and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of great eateries nearby, the staff in these were very helpful accommodating a large number at short notice and all the food was great.

The apartment was well equipped with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The proximity to local attractions and amenities was a major plus point.

The furniture in the lounge and dining room was worn out and in need of replacement. This detracted from the overall appearance and comfort of the apartment.

The location was superb, with easy access to bus services and the steam railway station. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, providing plenty of space for our family. The fresh milk and beautiful roses were a lovely touch. Tracy, the host, was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt right at home and would definitely book again. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

It was just a 20-minute walk from my place of work. the property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and even a hairdryer, iron. the management downstairs provided helpful support during my stay, and the check-in process was easy with the friendly ladies in the office. the apartment was also conveniently located near plenty of local eateries, and it was just a short distance to the main shopping area and bus station. I had a great experience and would recommend staying here.

Stayed here several times, great location with a harbour view apartment. Friendly staff and all the amenities needed for a short stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a cheap pay and display car park nearby. Spacious and stylish apartment with modern fixtures and fittings.

I had an amazing stay at the Waterfront Apartments. the location was excellent, right alongside the quay. the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful throughout my stay. the accommodation was modern, well-equipped, and comfortable. It must be one of the best locations in town, as it was close to classy restaurants as well as some budget options. the apartment was conveniently located near the railway station, buses, and was easily accessible to other resorts on the Isle of Man. I would definitely return for another stay.

I stayed at Waterfront Apartments for a short weekend getaway with my family. The apartment was modern, spotless and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy. The location was ideal, right on the North Quay near pubs, restaurants, and the Sea Terminal. The office staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

our recent stay in douglas was great, but staying at the waterfront apartments took our experience to another level. clean rooms, fluffy towels, and hot water were expected, but the attentive staff and the extra touch of leaving proper bars of chocolate really stood out.
