The service housekeeping was excellent, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, it added a nice touch to our stay. this place provided us with a great experience and we highly recommend it to others.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war bequem und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Roten Turm. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und wir hatten eine große Auswahl. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil war, dass der Haupteingang in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, was für uns als Ortsunkundige etwas schwierig war.

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the bus stop and light train. The facilities are modern and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The best part of our stay was the excellent customer service from Fadi. We were very impressed and grateful for his assistance.

We had a slight issue upon arrival as the sofa bed was not made, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and even left a bottle of wine in our room as a gesture of apology. The room itself was beautifully decorated and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Despite a few minor hiccups, I would definitely recommend Stay Kook for a pleasant stay in Jerusalem. I was impressed with the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in a convenient area for tourists, close to many attractions in a central part of the city. It's in walking distance to historic sites such as al Aqsa mosque and the Old Town. The rooms provide nice balconies, and the AC worked perfectly.

Maintenance and cleaning of the hotel's premises were very poor.

We had a wonderful stay at Stay Kooks. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the Old City and close to restaurants and the tram stop. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The best part was the support we received from the host, Loreen. She was helpful in recommending sites to visit, restaurants to try, and even assisting with travel arrangements. We felt well taken care of and the price was definitely worth it. We loved sitting on the patio, enjoying the quiet atmosphere and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. it was a fantastic experience.

Stay Kook was the perfect choice during my visit to Jerusalem. I stayed for a few days and found the hotel to be conveniently located near Yafo, the main walking street. It was a short walk to the Old City and just a few tram stops away from the central bus station. The room, especially Room 101, was modern, clean, and well-furnished with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovations, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the room, and the free breakfast served at a nearby cafe was a great bonus.
