We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite being busy. The location was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance of the city center and St. Philips Cathedral. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options available. The hotel was clean and the facilities were great.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily access all the attractions and shops without any hassle. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. Additionally, the in-house pizza service was a huge plus, especially when we arrived back late and hungry. The margarita pizza we ordered was absolutely delicious. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the lack of an iron in the room and slightly uncooperative breakfast staff, our overall experience at this hotel was highly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were provided. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
