I recently had the most incredible weekend at a historic hotel in a prime location. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was large and luxurious, with a fantastic shower and tub. I also enjoyed the beautiful grounds of the hotel, which added to the overall charm of the stay.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. The staff, although generally helpful, were a bit hit and miss in terms of friendliness and readiness to assist.

The service at the hotel was impeccable, with the staff being efficient and friendly. the hotel's historical atmosphere added a unique charm to our stay and the bookshop was truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.

The pool was quite crowded and there were limited seating options available. Additionally, the restaurant's food was overpriced for the quality and portion size.

I recently stayed at The American Colony Hotel, a charming oasis in Jerusalem. The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were top-notch. I loved sitting in the beautiful courtyard attached to the restaurant, and the buzzer system for poolside drink service added a fun touch. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's rich history added to its character. The spacious rooms were quiet and furnished with lovely antique pieces. The free WiFi was the fastest I've experienced in Israel, and parking was free on site. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite hotels.

Nestled in a quiet area, it's very close to the Old City, and the inside restaurant, though more expensive, has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, warm, and immaculately clean, with exceptional furnishings and an unforgettable view. The service is exceptional, especially the chief housekeeping manager, who went out of his way in welcoming us. The breakfast is a must-try and the facilities are well-kept, with a heavenly garden full of colorful flowers. Only the sound of the generator was a downside.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful, with old world details that added to the charm. The junior suite we booked was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The pool area was amazing, surrounded by lush landscaping for a secluded feel. The hotel staff, including Alex, Atai, Nour, Daniel, Yousef., were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the old town.

We had a very nice stay at the American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World. The staff was really nice and friendly, always there to help. The restaurants were very good and the summer bar was awesome during evening time. The room was perfect and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Our business trip was made enjoyable by the level of service and comfort that we experienced. the complimentary breakfast was excellent, as was the hotel's prime location within walking distance to historical sites. the hotel's beautiful gardens provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

We did experience some discomfort from the early morning sounds of prayers. we noticed that certain areas of the hotel were in need of refreshing.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a fun pool. It was a true oasis in the city and perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in navigating the wheelchair-accessible grounds. The hotel also had nice soaps. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything, including bazaar shops and within close proximity to the Damascus Gate, which leads into the Old City. The breakfast in the garden was delightful. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and staff exceeded my expectations.
