From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel at home. The cozy atmosphere of this boutique-style inn, with only four rooms, made our stay incredibly intimate. The owner, Susan, went above and beyond to cater to our needs and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast, prepared to our individual requests, was a delightful feast of local fruits, vegetables, cheeses, breads. We also appreciated the variety of treats and beverages available in the lobby throughout the day. The inn's architecture, steeped in history from the Crusader, Islamic, and Ottoman periods, added to the unique and romantic ambiance of our experience.

One drawback was the check-out process, which took longer than expected. However, despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Artists Colony Inn and would highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful decor that made us feel like we were in a luxurious travel magazine ad. The location was fortunate, as we had breathtaking views of the mountains and a valley below. It was also easy to walk anywhere in the Old Town. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. The staff were exceptional, with the hosts being warm, thoughtful, and generous. They even accommodated our schedule by providing an early breakfast when needed.

They extended an invitation to their Shabbos Dinner, which was a lovely gesture. the breakfast spread, prepared by Susan, was delicious and she also took special orders. the patio area was a magical space with beautiful plants and herbs, and offered great sunset views. the location of the hotel was also very convenient for exploring the area.

There were road closures near the hotel during our stay, which made it a bit difficult to park nearby. However, the hosts were very helpful in providing detailed driving directions to navigate around the closures.

From the moment I arrived, they anticipated my every need. The rooms were not only beautifully designed, but also spotlessly clean. The views from the terraces were absolutely breathtaking. Danny and Susan's recommendations for exploring the town were spot on and made my visit truly special. The homemade breakfast was delicious, with fresh breads that were still warm from the oven. The personalized attention and warmth I received made me feel like I was staying with close friends rather than at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Safed.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace, which offered stunning mountain views. The owner of the inn was incredibly nice, sharing his knowledge of Jewish traditions and customs with us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the detailed directions provided by the hosts, as GPS can be confusing in the area.

We felt quite safe and had no complaints during our stay.
