The hotel staff, especially Mr Ziad at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and dedicated. The rooms were perfect with comfortable beds, a beautiful balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The swimming pool was convenient and beautiful, and the free parking lot was a bonus. I also want to highlight the lonely 3-month-old kitten at the entrance steps, who deserves love and adoption.

Celebrating a wonderful Christmas weekend at a hotel with an upgraded room and friendly staff was a fantastic experience. the fact that the hotel was located close to the old city and holy places was a huge advantage for sightseeing. Additionally, the peaceful environment and helpful team added to the overall positive experience.

The only downside was the small TV with limited channels and poor reception. It would have been better if there were more entertainment options.
