The value for money was incredible, we got more than we paid for. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and the location was perfect - right on the beach and close to all the lively restaurants and bars. The staff treated us like royalty, especially with the early check-in and room upgrade.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety.

We loved the amazing ocean view and beach area right outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and we even received complimentary champagne twice. The bathroom towels were top-notch and the rooftop pool was absolutely fantastic. The proximity to the beach was a major plus, especially with two small kids.

We felt very secure and had no reason to complain.

The Carlton hotel offers exceptional breakfast and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a great time. The rooms are spacious, with cozy mattresses and pillows. The swimming pool has a perfect temperature and the bar food is of high quality. The diverse breakfast includes an egg corner and fresh juice, which are personal favorites. The hotel also provides excellent concierge service and friendly staff at the lobby lounge.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the beach and the city. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our room on the higher floors. the rooftop swimming pool was also a highlight, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet served in a separate building on the beach was extraordinary, with a wide selection of delicious food.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not satisfied with. the rooms were outdated and not up to the standards expected from a luxury hotel.

It was the best choice I have ever made. Gila and the staff at Carlton prepared a wonderful surprise for me. They decorated my room with so many colourful and tasteful ballons, birthday lights, baked a huge cake just for me, a bottle of wine in the room and a basket of fruits in addition to getting the most beautiful corner room with the view of the sea facing Hilton and a view of the city. I had the best birthday ever and i am grateful. The hotel is one of a kind with a rooftop pool and a bar and restaurant facing the sea and the marina and the entire coastal line beach with a view of all the other hotels m beach and a paranoma view of the entire city. The lobby bar makes the most classic cocktails I ever tasted. Just by the Beach next to the marina is a separate complex with the hottest bar and restaurant at night and breakfast in the morning. Great views n the most advanced breakfast with champagne. It's a beautiful place far away from home. Can't wait to return with my family. The business center on the Royal Floor provides complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms are comfortable, and the coffee machine is a nice touch.
